Shipping Information
Once you have completed your purchase at 'Custom Golf + Polo Shirts', your order is custom made for you, packaged and shipped with care.
We produce and ship as quickly as possible, but since we custom embroider each item, in busy periods, it can take up to 10 days to create and ship your order.
We offer a number of shipping options during checkout.
Domestic (US) Orders
This shipping method typically takes 6-10 days to be delivered, but can take up to 20 days. Bad weather or local post office congestion can cause a delay.
International Orders
This shipping method can take up to 5 weeks to deliver a shipment. Shipments can be delayed at country borders, customs, or other destinations along the way.
Please note that the time frames listed above only apply to the estimated time it will take for your order to arrive from the date is was shipped. We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, but since we custom embroider your items, in busy periods, it may take up to 10 days to create and ship your order.

What image formats can I upload?
We accept JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, EMB, EPS or SVG files.

Can I have transparent areas in my design?
Yes! If you would like your design to feature transparent areas, you have 2 options:
1.Save it as a .tif or .png file with transparency before uploading it. Then the transparent areas of your design will end up clear. - or -
2. Upload your image as normal, and then choose the 'Color' swatch next to your design that you want to make transparent, then simply click the 'Make Transparent'.

What is a 'digitizing fee'?
Almost any design can be embroidered, but first it needs to be converted into a format that is readable by the embroidery machine. That conversion process is called "embroidery digitizing". The digitized file tells the embroidery machine system where, how and which colors to use while stitching. This is a complicated process and hence we must charge for it.
You can avoid the digitizing fee by using our stock images and clip art. These have already been digitized and there is no digitizing fee. Adding your name or other text doesn't attract a digitizing fee either.
Only uploading your own custom image or logo attracts the digitizing fee.

What is your policy on sweatshops?
We're against them of course. 'Custom Golf + Polo Shirts' has a strict internal code of conduct and follows local & international laws and the codes of WRAP and the FLA.

Am I required to purchase the shirt if I design it?
Not at all. You can email your designs to your golf buddies or save them for later on.
